Pre-Project - In this initial phase we aim to assess, define, educate, and present solution options within the framework of your business needs. By understanding what you are trying to accomplish, we can accurately determine the best IT solutions to help you achieve your goals.

Assessment - We conduct a thorough technical assessment of your current IT infrastructure. Data discovery, research, infrastructure and systems auditing are all hallmarks of our strong assessment process. Even small projects have an appropriately-sized assessment phase.

Analysis and Design - We believe that one size doesn't fit all. Although we've developed a portfolio of services and solutions that leverage best practices, we don't offer a cookie-cutter approach. We will recommend, design, and customize solutions based on your organization's unique needs.

Planning - We've found that detailed project planning helps create more successful outcomes. The plan includes coordination of staff (ours and yours), staging, and verifying our configuration before we implement.

Implementation - When we implement, we minimize the actual IT configuration and testing that happens on-site. In addition to installing the solution, we verify that your staff is not negatively impacted. In order to close out the phase, our team looks to you to validate and test that your solution is working the way you had expected.

Project Evaluation - Every good system should have a feedback loop. In this last phase, your Project Manager will review the list of deliverables one by one to make sure nothing is missed. Then, independent of your project team, we'll conduct a formal evaluation. Your feedback is taken right back to our office where it is discussed in an internal project review process and shared all the way up to our CEO.
