 We are a technology company and are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic, organized PC Technician Professional for our Central Valley office. We're expanding and we have a great opportunity for the right candidate who is ready to jump in and grow with us.

The PC Technician Professional will be an integral part of our service team supporting the needs of our team, clients and the organization. The position will assist with all aspects of technical administration and support related to PCs and Macs, inventory, Sales, and Administration. You will have the opportunity to learn about an IT Managed Services business, supporting PC/Mac deployments, ticket support for our help desk team, and administrative support for our Central Valley office. This is an excellent fit for an individual with technical and interpersonal skills who is looking to learn-as-you-go and work with a mission-driven organization.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support and manage the configuration of new user desktop, laptops, phones and workstations
    • Collaborate with technical staff on various projects
    • Support help desk team with ticket triage and closure rates
    • Research and verify technical solutions and provide workaround solutions where appropriate
    • Respond to and resolve technical issues expeditiously and professionally



  • Receive equipment shipments and maintain equipment inventory
  • Confirm items are received and ready for deployment and billing
  • Coordinate returns and replacements, as necessary
  • Communicate updates to client, services, billing, and project teams as required

General Administration:

  • Provide reception and general light office duties for the office
  • Manage office supplies and office needs
  • Provide some administrative support for the office
  • Suggest and implement efficient office improvements


  • 1-4 years of customer service, sales or office management
  • At least one year of work experience in a similar role preferred
  • Tech savvy, competence in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
  • Experience delivering tech support to end-users
  • Past experience working on computer and software issues
  • Imaging and deployment experience
  • Ability to configure office productivity applications: Office, Office 365, and/or Google Apps
  • Configured new and edited existing user accounts in Google Apps and Microsoft Office 365
  • Configured and administrator for Microsoft Windows OS and Mac OS X
  • Configured, customized, and troubleshot browser applications (Chrome and IE)
  • Remediated desktop level web browser, network, and internet connectivity issues
  • Ability to properly research technical issues to craft an appropriate resolution
  • Good analytical and trouble shooting skills
